Lease Booking transaction has been stamped with incorrect Accounting Date


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Users have encountered an issue with the Accounting Date for our Lease Booking transactions.
2. The issue has occurred for all existing leases in the application. All leases have an Amortization Start Date of 1/1/2023. However, when users ran the process for Create Accounting, the Accounting Date came through as 1/29/2023, which caused the Lease Booking transaction to post in the wrong period (Feb-23). User validated that the GL Period 1-23 is open for the appropriate ledgers.
3. Take Lease 2 as an example. The Lease Amortization Start Date is 1/1/23, which can be seen within the UI. The Lease Details Report also shows the Amort Start Date as 1/1/23. On the LDR, the schedule shows accounting occurring in period 1-23
