While creating SMS Campaign with below request from API unable to create a new campaign

API End Point: https://abc-api.responsys.ocs.oraclecloud.com/rest/api/sms/v1.3/campaigns/TestSMSAPI_Campaign

Request Payload

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Post Man
2. Provide Request JSON and run
3. Throwing above error message
