Symptoms

Problem Statement
When attempting to Pick Confirm via pickTransactions pickLines REST API
it fails due to INV_NO_NEG_BALANCES picksvc.val_lin_qty-988.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Onhand with Project/Task
  2. Create Order and reservation is created.
  3. Execute Pick Release via REST API
  4. Pick Confirm via pickTransactions pickLines REST API
