STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Instance
2. Click Collaboration icon
3. Try to start a chat or find a Help-desk

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start chat.
