ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a string formula Data Element(DE) that concatenates a string value references another DE that is empty, the string null should appear in the result of the formula.This occurs when the DE is on the document management attribute form.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The string value null should not be added when there is a DE with no value in a formula DE that concatenates a string value.
STEPS
-----------------------
- Log into the environment
- Go to the shell
- Go to Document Manager node
- Go to the Documents sub node
- Go to the Business Process (BP)
- Select Document
- Go to the Properties tab
- The value for DE 1 is 01
- The value for DE2 is D01null
