Symptoms

Run Reassign Pending Approvals for Terminations and Correct Invalid Supervisor Assignments Process is not Reassigning to terminated manager's Manager.

There is one pending Invoice approval notification, we have Inactivated the Approver and ran the "Run Reassign Pending Approvals for Terminations and Correct Invalid Supervisor Assignments Process" and still the notification not reassigned to terminated manager's Manager.
