Symptoms
While attempting to create a bank account in Payroll for Employees, the workflow errors with:
IBY-IBY_0000 (IBY--1)
IBY-IBY_0000
Cause The message, IBY-IBY_0000, can not be accessed.
Action Report this problem to an administrator.
Changes
As part of ER 35076152, Development automatically changed employee bank accounts to
primary, as the primary bank account is used in expense payment processing.
The ER 35076152 functionality is enabled by default in 23A. When the lookup is
created, the ER 35076152 code will not trigger so bank accounts can be created without the aforementioned error until the the CWB is applied in update: CWB(230331)
