DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:

Cash flow profile shows nothing auto populated and must be manually filled in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
------------------------------
- Log into environment as User
- Go to affected Project
- Navigate to Cash Flow
- Double click the Cash Flow and notice $0 for Cash Flow
- On the right expand the view
- Click the curve and notice the Profile is blank.
EXPECTED OUTCOME:
------------------------------
Expect Cash flow profile would be filled in.
