FA:SCM:CST: Manage Resources Search Window Not Showing All Resource Values (Doc ID 2938400.1)

Symptoms

Description of the Issue:

  1. Manage Resource Rates > search based on cost scenario
  2. Click on drop down to search against Resource (LOV)
  3. Pop up window and only see 10 resource names appear. 

Within Manage Resources search window, cannot see all values.  Expectation is to see full list of values, but only a partial list is returned.
