On : 23.2.0 version, Maps

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When checking Map view OFS taking along time to load and we get message "Connection Error"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Map view should load in a reasonable time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Instance
2. Browse to Dispatch Console
3. Click on Map View

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can not see activities on map and have hard time assigning activities to nearby resources
