Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Oracle Sales Assistant
When attempting to go to Oracle Sales Assistant Setup via application composer
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"THE APPLICATION WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS SKILLS FROM ORACLE DIDGITAL ASSISTANT DUE TO ERROR: Failed to fetch data from Oracle Digital Assistant. Contact your help desk for assistance"
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into application
Navigator>Tools>Application Composer>
CRM Cloud>
Oracle Sales Assistant Setup
Common Configurations>
get error
"THE APPLICATION WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS SKILLS FROM ORACLE DIDGITAL ASSISTANT DUE TO ERROR: Failed to fetch data from Oracle Digital Assistant. Contact your help desk for assistance"
