ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the Picker is selected it is not displaying any records to select.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
--------------------------------------

  1. log in to Production as User
  2. Go to affected Project
  3. In Project Shell Details, Picker is blank when selected

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that when the picker is selected that it would display records to select.
