Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:

When User right clicks any Column Data Elements and Clicks on open, there is no Column Properties window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-------------------------------

  1. Log into environment as User
  2. Go to affected Project
  3. Navigate to Reports > User Defined Reports
  4. In report, right click on Column Data Elements and click Open.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
------------------------------
Expect to be able to get the Column Properties window.
