Export of Primavera XML Services, Which Have Multiple Global Filtered Portfolios, Fails With: "logs.catastrophic_failure"

Symptoms
The project export schedules are failing with the following:
ERROR
A fatal error has occurred. More information can be found in the server logs. Please contact your system administrator. logs.catastrophic_failure.
THE JOB SERVICE LOGS REPORT THE FOLLOWING:
<P6 Job Services> <ERROR><ImportExportServiceImpl> <Failed to parse Job Data>
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Go to Administration -> Scheduled Services -> Project.
- Add Export Primavera XML.
- In Project Settings assign more than one Global Filtered Portfolio.
- Save the job.
The job status is Failed if run on demand or if scheduled.
The export job will complete successfully without multiple Global Filtered Portfolios.
