Fusion Compensation: OTBI: Custom Report Fetches Entire Workforce Data For Line Manager (Doc ID 2938746.1)

Goal

Customer is using a few custom OTBI reports in their "Annual Salary Plan with Promotion" Workforce Compensation plan along with a few of the delivered reports.

Now when a Line Manager (with super user access, say a Compensation Admin who is also a Line Manager in the application), generates any of the delivered reports in the Compensation Plan, the Line Manager has access to only his direct reports data.
However, if the Line Manager generates any of the custom OTBI reports, it generates the report with the entire workforce data.

How does one ensure that the custom OTBI reports for Line Manager behave in a similar fashion as that of the delivered reports?
