Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Offering is Not Changing to Completed When Completing SCORM Content (Doc ID 2938751.1)

Symptoms

When trying to complete SCORM Content, it doesn't change to a "Completed" status.

When reviewing the logs to track the completion status, it is shown that the status is being correctly sent to Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) but the completion is still not getting picked up.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Me->Learning->Current Learning.
  2. Launch a course containing the SCORM content.
  3. Click RESUME.
  4. Course launches in eLearning Player window.
  5. They close the window by clicking Save and Close after getting to the end of the Course.
  6. OLC still shows the Course as In Progress.
