Assignment Assistant Warning Resource Mismatch (Doc ID 2938771.1)

Symptoms

On : 23.A.00 version, Dispatch Console

When attempting to move group of linked activities from one resource to another the following error occurs.

ERROR/ WARNING
-----------------------
We see a Warning on Moving Screen -> Resource Mismatch

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 3 activities
2. Link all three activities with activity link Start to Finish
3. The Activity Link needs to have requirement for same resource so all activities must be moved to the same resource
4. Select all three activities and click Move to open assignment assistant screen
5. You will see the warning screen
