Symptoms

ZENGIN Lockbox creates Receipt with primary site incorrectly.
This issue occurs when the "Require billing location" is checked in Lockbox.

1. Create 2 Sites
   Account Number : 106001
   Site: 99001
   This Site is Primary site.

   Site: 117001
   This Site is NOT Primary site.

2. Set Alternate Name Mapping Rule
   Alternate Payer Name : XXXXX
   Zengin Customer Bank Name : YYYYY
   Zengin Customer Bank Branch Name : ZZZZZ
   

   Customer Account Number : 106001
   Bill-to Site : 117001

   NOTE:
   User sets Alternate Name Mapping Rule for non-primary site.
   There is no rule for primary site.

3. Set Lockbox
   Require billing location : Checked.
   
   
4. Import Zengin file and run Process Receipts Through Lockbox for ORA_ZENGIN_LOCKBOX Transmission Format.
   
   
5. System creates Receipt with Primary site.
   Customer Account Number : 106001
   Customer Site : 99001
   -->> This is primary site.
