Snapshot is not Created in OCI Object Storage when Using REST API (Doc ID 2939143.1)

Symptoms

Ran the following REST API to create a new snapshot BAR file in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) object storage, but no snapshot is created. 

When you get HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized, please check Doc ID 2939167.1 How to Expand OAC REST API Expiration of Token 

When you get HTTP/1.1 200 OK, then look into the error returned:
