Goal
Why MFCS doesnot allow to create another template and associate the item with new item (Item is part of an active template)?
Steps:
1. Create a cost template and associate an item to template (example: start date 22- Dec 22 end date 31-Jan-23).
2. Create another template (with start date as 5-Jan 23 and end date to 10-Jan 23).
3. Now try to associate the same item with second template.
4. System will give the message "Item is already part of active template. End the current 1st template and then associate the template".
