Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

An error is thrown when admins create time cards on the Responsive pages with Jury Duty absence types. Admins are not required to add an attachment.

ERROR

You need to add an attachment for this absence.


STEPS

The error message can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Attachments are not required for admins and managers on the Absence Type Attributes tab.
2) My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Team Time Cards
3) Create a time card and enter the absence type
4) Submit
5) See error message
