Event Code OVDBB-1986-4, OVDBB-3254-F, or OVDBB-3925-B When Assigning Baselines to an Imported Project

Symptoms
After importing a project in P6 Professional, when attempting to convert an existing project to a baseline of the imported project, one or more errors occur. After logging out and back into Primavera P6, the imported project no longer appears in the database and is not assigned as a baseline.
Event Code OVDBB-1986-4, OVDBB-3254-F, or OVDBB-3925-B
Message: TCOrionVDBBaselineMgr.AddProjectAsBaseline: Project Baseline ##### does not exist.
The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- The user must not have admin rights in the application.
- The user must have required access to import projects.
- The project to be imported must not have a responsible manager assigned to it that the user has access to view in P6.
- In P6 Professional, import the project and select an available EPS node for it to be added to.
- Once the import is complete, open the project and click Projects > Maintain baselines.
- In the pop-up dialog box click Add baseline, then select Convert another project to a baseline of the current project.
- Select an existing project to be set as a baseline to the open imported project.
- Observe the reported error.
- Close P6 Professional then log back in.
- The imported project is no longer visible.
