Symptoms
Replenishment is creating orders before it reaches the min.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Configure an item on replenishment as follows:
Stock Category: Warehouse Stocked
Order Control: Semi-Automatic
Presentation Stock: 0
Presentation Stock: 0
Demo Stock: 0
Method: Min/Max
Scaling Exempt: Yes
Mininum: 1
Maximum: 25
Increment: 100
2. Make sure there is inventory on-hand greater than 1 at the receiving location
3. Run the nightly batch cycle
4. A transfer is created before the inventory goes below 1.
