Paper Clip Icon Missing on the Create Form Attachments Tab (Doc ID 2940123.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When creating a Business Process (BP) record, the paper clip icon is missing on the create form.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The attachments tab on the create form should have a paperclip icon.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier as user
  2. Navigate to appropriate shell > Affected BP
  3. Click Create
  4. Notice that there is no paperclip icon on the Attachment tab.
