Purchase Order
Distribution Deliver-to Location Address popup shows blank address value or
if you inquire on a header location address first, it shows the previous
selected header address value.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Distribution Deliver-to Location Address popup to show correct Deliver-to
Location address value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Requisition
Deliver-to location is Internal and shows correct address value.
2. PO is generated automatically from the requisition
3. Review PO Distribution Deliver-to Location Address
> Distribution Deliver-to Location address is blank
4. Review PO Header Ship-to location Address popup
> it shows correct Ship-to Location Address value
5. Go back to Distribution Deliver-to Location address
> now it shows wrong address: Ship-to Location Address
6. Go to Header Bill-to location Address popup
> Bill-to Location address is displayed
7. Go back to Distribution deliver-to Location address does not show address
value
> now it shows wrong address: Bill-to Location Address
