Resource Usage Histogram Displays Planned Curve One Day Before Start Date (Doc ID 2940441.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When viewing the Resource Usage Histogram, the current schedule curve displays the correct date, however the planned/baseline curve is drawn 1 day prior.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The current and planned curves should match.

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. View a project with a baseline.
  2. Select Schedule > Activities > Project Usage (lower tab).
  3. Select Resource Usage > Not Stacked Histogram.
  4. Result: Planned curve starts 1 day prior to start date.
