Create PO is not working when using CreateCustomerOrdersOMSToMFCS integration.

select * from DAS_WV_ORDCUST where customer_order_no in ( '3898406205_2UPU1373K57O7_2','3898406217_2LSWUDUHHTKWQ_1')

Order data is not getting created in ORDHEAD,ORDLOC,ORDSKU tables.
