In The "Stock Count Authorization Detail" Screen, EICS Must Provide Snapshot Information (Doc ID 2940501.1)

Last updated on APRIL 12, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service - Version 23.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The snapshot quantity information must be added to the "Stock Count Authorization Detail" screen. The snapshot quantity information is essential to understand the calculation of SIOCS variances. Although the snapshot value is displayed on v23, there is still an outstanding point - The column name on the UI being "SOH" to display the snapshot value.

Having this column with the name "SOH" will mislead people to think this is the SOH in the system. The right thing is to have the column renamed.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------

1 - Create a Unit or Unit and Amount stock count for tomorrow (D+1)
2 - At the day of the stock count (D+1), take the stock count snapshot
3 - Count the items that are part of the stock count
4 - Finish the stock count
5 - Go to "Stock Count Authorization Detail" screen
6 - There is no snapshot column, just SOH
