Ticket Search Is Not Filtering As Expected

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Ticket search does not display the results consistently when the Search Criteria is based on Price Type.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the results displayed to be consistent whether Search Limit is 50 or 999.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Prerequisite: Have more than 50 records and 11 records with permanent price type some above the first 50 records in the DB
1. Login in EICS web client -> Select Tasks -> Inventory Management -> Ticket and select Search
2. Select Price Type=''Permanent'' and Search Limit= 50 -> Click ''Search'' -> 3 rows will be displayed
3. Select Price Type=''Permanent'' and Search Limit= 999 -> Click ''Search'' -> 11 rows will be displayed
