Fusion US Payroll: Reporting Information Card Under Regional Tax Information For Washington (Doc ID 2940555.1)

Last updated on APRIL 10, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.13.23.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

As per the document in note id 2542789.1, it is mentioned that data is captured under Regional Tax Information. Text from the document for Washington State is:

"Washington now requires a reason code to be provided when an employee for any quarter has SUI wages with zero hours. This reason code is entered on the Reporting Information Card under Regional Tax Information for Washington. The reason selected should be end-dated for the quarter reported, as the reason may change or no longer apply to future quarters. The reason code value is passed in position 803-804 on the W record. You can run the Employee Active Balance Report with a balance group usage of State Quarter Balances to identify the employees with SUI wages and zero hours for the quarter."

However, unable to view any values in LOV while creating the "Calculation Component Details" under "Regional Tax Information".

Able to view the new fields added for Colorado and Oregon states; but not able to view for Washington State.
