Goal
The Tenancy Admin user's Email Address is changed to a new Email ID.
But still in the Email notification from Oracle, the previous email Address is specified as Admin user to reach, if there is any issue.
As per the expectation, the Email ID specified in the notification must be the updated new Email address.
