COInvAvailMod Msg Not Triggered For SOH Changes (Triggered By Stock Count Auth) (Doc ID 2940686.1)

Goal

Stock Count Authorization triggers an Inv Adjustment message to be published to the RIB. However, COInvAvailMod message is not triggered at this time. You expect this message to be published to the RIB as SOH changes for an item after a Stock Count authorization.
