ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bell notification should come to the reassigned approver for a reassigned task
The customer has received an email notification, but not a Bell notification - list of task is empty.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bell notification should include re-assigned termination task notification
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reassign termination notification for employee <XXX> from <A> to <B>
2 Reassigned approver receives email notification
3. Bell notification is not received
