Unable to cancel or withdraw specific requisition due to errors:
 
Cancel returns errors

ERROR

The selected action can't be completed because a purchase order is being created

Withdraw and Edit

ERROR
-----------------------

This action can't be completed (POR-2010633)
Cause: a purchase order is being created for at least one of the requisition lines
Action: retry the action in a few minutes after refreshing the page



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Requisition
status approved
2 lines status = approved
funds status = reserved
order = blanks

2. Select Action Cancel
See errors
the selected action can't be completed because a purchase order is being created

3. Select Action Withdraw
See error
his action can't be completed (POR-2010633)
Cause: a purchase order is being created for at least one of the requisition lines
Action: retry the action in a few minutes after refreshing the page
