Symptoms
When attempting to delete a contact from the contact details page the following error occurs.
ERROR

Attempt to access dead entity in PartyEO, key=oracle.jbo.Key[<party_id>]
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contact page
2. Select a contact
3. Select Actions > Delete
4. Error occurs.
