Fusion Benefits: HDL: Using BeneficiaryEnrollment.dat produces error "The message is Beneficiary percentage does not add up to 100 percent." (Doc ID 2940956.1)

Goal

Customer is loading the BeneficiaryEnrollment.dat on some employees for new enrollment details where existing beneficiary enrollments exist.

However, this subsequent load is not end dating beneficiary allocation for the prior enrollment hence causing new beneficiary load to error stating percentage doesn’t match up to 100%.

Looks like system is carrying forward beneficiary allocation from last load and adding new beneficiary allocation on top of that which is throwing total off.

Please suggest how to load beneficiary for updates where it is different beneficiary allocation from previous load.
