ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While setting the default value of contracts as '0' the Approval Rule does not recognize the value as numerical, but as 'null'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Application must recognize the value as a numerical value '0'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a Contract with the default value of '0.00'.
If the user submits the Contract for approval, it is not fetching any rule.
However, if the user disturbs the field by changing to any other value and save. Change the value again back to 0. User submits for approval, the contract is fetching the approval as expected.
