Wave Stuck With MHE Status = Release In Progress

Symptoms
Users are using an MHE(Material Handling Equipment) Put to light System. A put to store ( PTS Distribution) type of wave was executed with "Auto release Mhe message" option checked in the wave template. After wave execution, notice the allocations happened correctly but the MHE Status on the wave remained in "Release In Progress" and did not change to "Released" status.
STEPS
========
1. Users setup an MHE System (PUTL) of type = Put to Light.
2. Created a wave template with Auto release Mhe message option enabled for PTS distribution Flow. The Allocation mode has the consolidate & distribute option checked.
3. The allocation mode in the wave template has MHE System = PUTL.
4. Orders with different destinations (facility) were created.
5. Wave are run using the PTS template, This create the Internal Bulk Pick allocations.
6. View the Wave execution details in the Wave Inquiry screen. Notice the MHE status = Release In Progress.
