Goal

Customer's middleware is invoking the RIB-EXT Publish REST service and waits for 10 secs to get a response. If there are no response received in 10 sec, a timeout occurs on the customer's end and then the message publishing is retried. This creates duplicate messages being stuck in RIHA.

What is the ideal wait time Oracle suggests to wait after invoking the service ?
