Symptoms
The error can be produced using the following steps -
1. Navigate to Product Management >> Product Information Management >> Manage Items
2. Click on the Specifications tab
3. Click on any Attribute Groups and
4. Make any changes to any attribute groups and try to save them
OR
1. Navigate to Product Management>>Product Information Management
2. Click on the magnifying Item search icon on the right top, enter any Item number and click them, the system throws the following error -
Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records
