Error When Downloading Multiple Price Change Groups At The Same Time In RPCS (Doc ID 2941206.1)

When trying to extract price changes from RPCS, the following error blocks the user from doing so when downloading multiple records at the same time: " [JMSClientExceptions:055076]The session is closed."

 Steps to recreate :

  1. Open RPCS and log in
  2. Open Tasks, select Price Changes
  3. Add filter as required, or simple add % in price change group description and hit search
  4. In the search results, select all rows at the same time (more than 30)
  5. Select Action, download.
  6. In Pop up, select price change template and hit OK
  7. Observed following error "The session is closed."
