Symptoms
Unable to add Simple pack item in cost relationship screen using a fixed cost template for franchise customers. Other cost templates are reflecting the cost changes for the same item in cost relationship.

Invalid value: 794609
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to RMS
2. Create a Franchise cost relationship
3. Select cost template- fixed cost template created previously 300001
4. Select the Simple pack item '794609'
5. System throws an error- Invalid item
