Missing Display Delivery Timeslot In EICS (Doc ID 2941224.1)

Symptoms

Display Delivery Timeslot is not available in EICS.

As per the admin guide, if we set the parameter display delivery timeslots and items part of Store order replenishments, and multiple runs per day option is selected, it is expected to show different timeslot during store order creation.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Search "Display delivery timeslot" parameter in the UI - observe is not visible.
2. Looking into backend for a store - observe the parameter is set as restricted.
3. Activate/unrestrict from backend on a different store while keeping first store as reference.
  But the parameter still does not appear in UI.
