Last updated on APRIL 10, 2023

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Critical alert being sent to worker and manager even when no participant is added.

Steps to replicate:
1. Create a performance template setup with the due dates and the standard/critical days. Make sure the participant alert days is set to 0. Participant feedback is included in the process flow. Both employee and manager can select the participant
2. Create the performance document for the employee
3. Trigger the process: "Send Performance Document Alert Notifications"
4. Email received by worker and manager even though no participant added. Subject line of the email reads as follows: << Task Manage Participant Feedback in your Performance Document 'Document_Name' is due on 'due_date' >>

Expectation is that no critical alert notification should be sent to Employee and Manager since no Participant was added.
