Symptoms
Customer trying to create a new 11.2 Database in EXACS cluster and creation is always failing
Customer able to create 12c or above databases without any issues
In OCDE logs found below error
shutdown and start instance before dropping temp1 tablespace
Drop temporary tablespace TEMP1 from CDB.... [done]
INFO: dbtimezone is set to UTC
INFO: oracle user ACL is set for ora.datac1.acfsvol01.acfs: Name: ora.datac1.acfsvol01.acfs
owner:root:rwx,pgrp:root:r-x,other::r--,user:grid:r-x,user:oracle:r-x
srvctl commands: status, stop, start...
ERROR : rac stopdb, failed to stop db via cmd export ORACLE_HOME=/u02/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1 ; /u02/app/oracle/product/11.
2.0/dbhome_1/bin/srvctl stop database -d DBPOC01_PRIM -o immediate, out : PRCD-1120 : The resource for database DBPOC01_PRIM could not
be found. >>>>
PRCR-1001 : Resource ora.dbpoc01_prim.db does not exist, err :1
In DBDA log we can see below error
