Drag & Drop Functionality is NOT Working in OTM Enhanced Workbench (Doc ID 2941516.1)

Symptoms

Drag & Drop functionality in OTM Enhanced Workbench for any gnatt- is NOT working as expected.

While executing the same, there is an icon with circle and cross, meaning the action is not valid; after this is dropped, there is no changes happened.

Note: Drag & Drop option is also NOT working in the on PUBLIC Enhanced Workbenches.

 

As an example:

Drag & Drop function on the Shipment Stop to the dock scheduling gnatt through Enhanced Workbench is NOT working.

However, Appointment can be generated by selecting the Shipment Stop > Actions > Schedule Appointment option.

As mentioned, the same functionality is not working in the PUBLIC Dock Scheduling Workbench.


Expected Behavior

Drag & Drop option should be working without any exception through Enhanced Workbench- this is much user friendly.

Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------
For the given example, the observation can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the Appointment Workbench; Search and Select for eligible Shipment(s)

2. Select the required Shipment Stop and Drag & Drop that to Appointment Dock Scheduling gnatt

3. It will NOT create any appointment



Business Impact
---------------------------
Due to this issue, Customers is unable to utilize the Drag & Drop functionality in Enhanced Workbench with a user friendly way.

Now, users needs to execute Actions or other activities to purpose the requirement, that needs more manual efforts w.r.t. Drag & Drop option.

 

Changes

This has been being experienced after 23.A OTM Quarterly Upgrade.
