Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

It was noticed that there are timesheets having the status 'Not Started' for a timesheet period using 'Timesheet' service are visible in P6 Web.
However, while trying to use the SOAP UI to retrieve timesheets, if it has the status "Not Started' it is not indicated in the results.
For the same resource and for the same timesheet period, it is possible to see that timesheet status as 'Not Started', using P6 Web.

Normally, the timesheet status 'Not started' should be displayed if the web services are used.
From the P6 Web service user guide for 22 and 21, it was noticed that the current status of the timesheet may be only this one: 'Submitted', 'Approved', 'Resource Manager Approved', 'Project Manager Approved', 'Active', or 'Rejected'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Try to read Timesheets using web services
  2. Notice that if the status is 'Not Started', then the timesheet is not listed in the results.
