Goal
Enhancement Request to Publish EG Type transfers from RMS when created or modified and consumed via RIB
Currently in RMS, When an EG Type (Externally generated) transfers gets consumed in RMS and gets created or modified ( By XTsfCre/ XTsfHdrMod etc) messages, RMS does not allow these message to publish, these transfers never gets published, no entry in TRANSFERS_PUB_INFO or TSF_MFQUEUE.
Customer wants these EG type transfers to get published like any other transfers, via RIB-RMS Publishers, as soon as the XTsf message gets consumed and transfers are successfully created or modified in RMS.
The Externally Generated transfers are created by Warehouse replenisher system (AWR), these system does not integrate with any of the existing WMS system like Dispatcher, Infolog, or SAP Primeline so they do not talk to each other.
So, when the Transfers created by AWR gets consumed in RMS, they get created as 'EG' Type but since RMS does not publish them, they do not go to other WMS system.
There lies the requirement for any other transfers created in RMS to get published out from RMS, 'EG' type transfers also do the same, when created or modified in RMS, immediately should be published out from RMS.
