Unable To Extend Promo Using Mass Update Offer Screen (Doc ID 2941698.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Operations & Maintenance

When attempting to extend a Promotion (change end date of the promotion) using mass update offer screen.,
the following error occurs.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Log into RPCS and search an Active promotion (Regular/CPL Threshold Promotion) having multiple Offers
  2. Select the multiple Offers at one time and click on the Edit option > Mass Update Offers page opens
  3. Enter the End Date and tab out. End Time as 11:59 PM auto-populates.
  4. Click on OK button in the bottom of the page.
  5. Message: All the selected offers was not eligible for editing populates and the End Date of the Offers is not changed as per the new entry.
