ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to run the 'Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes' process for an employee, the following error occurs:

ERROR

 - An external function call error occurred for formula CALL_CALC_VALUE, line 74.
 - An error occurred during formula execution. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=) (FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=An external function call error occurred for formula CALL_CALC_VALUE, line 74.)
 - An internal assertion test couldn't be completed at location pyrteffireappdiv:1. Contact your help desk.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=====================
As the employee has Overtime hours present, expecting the system to retrieve and calculate these hours at runtime.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the system.
2. From the Home Screen > Click on My Client Groups > Payroll
3. Click on 'Submit a Flow'
4. Select Legislative Data Group > Search for Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes
5. Enter Parameters > Submit
